Company party

No company party is complete without on-site overnight accommodation!

The company invited its employees from all over Europe to meet at a central location in Belgium. Together with the event manager, we developed and created a complete mini village.

The chosen set-up of 95 Deltas with a large central tent in the middle was a great success! The atmospheric lighting created by a 100-metre-long string of party lights set a picture-perfect scene. The guests were met with every need in the tent itself as well; with the made beds and lighting, guests had a comfortable place of their own during the weekend.

The only issue at the time in terms of the organisation was that the set-up and breakdown had to be completed within 24 hours. This resulted in a tight schedule and required a large, experienced assembly crew. The result? A successful project.
